Meditation is a profound tool that can transform your life in ways you may never have imagined. Before I share five of my most-loved guided meditations, here are five reasons to consider adding meditation to your daily practice.

Getting Started

Settle in by taking a few deep, centering breaths, and be patient if your mind starts to wander during the process. Meditation is a practice, and progress comes with time. Don’t be hard on yourself! Just redirect your focus back to the breath. If you meditate daily, even just for a few minutes, you’ll get better at calming your mind.

Meditation is a priceless gift to give yourself. When I feel too busy for it, I remember this quote:
“You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you're too busy, then you should sit for an hour.”
It reminds me that we’re human beings, not human “doings.” No task is so important that you cannot gift yourself a few moments of inner peace and understanding. I guarantee it will help you break past perceived limitations and prepare you for a life of freedom and abundance.
